Can I get into Texas A&M Engineering with these grades and scores?

I am planning on transferring to Texas A&M Engineering from another college.
These are my grades from my first 2 semesters of college.
Next semester I want to get into TAMU. Do I have a good chance of getting in?

International Relations - A
Calculus - A
Physics -B
Honors Art - A
Philosophy - A
Psychology - A
Intro to Engineering - A
Japanese - A
Chemistry - A
First Aid/Safety/CPR - A
English - A
Geology - A

SAT SCORE - 1700

I also have a lot of extra curricular activities:
High School Golf Team.
Treasurer in the Center for the study of Local Issues
And more...

I want to apply but if TAMU has too high of standards I want to know if I should just apply at other lower standard engineering colleges.

Golf Mental Game: how to not think about my score?

i am having a lot of trouble with my mental game. i have the talent to shoot low scores but my mind holds me back. the main reason is i tend to focus on my score and the end result. i was wondering if anyone has any good techniques to help with not thinking about my score at all. it seems when i start bad with a few bogeys i can settle down because i think i have no chance so then a play well after. but i need a way to not think about it without being out of the tournament.

I have a golf mental block but it is not my swing or anything, it is a course. I can play well on any course, even some I've been playing every other weekend for a while, but every time I go to this specific course my game is horrible, I cant hit it straight, I cant chip, I loose a ball on every other whole and my round score is in the hundreds while at the other courses my score is in the low to mid 90's. Any tips on getting out of this block?

I dont think I understand how the Ryder Cup(golf) is scored.
When the score is 3-1, what does that mean??
